1.  Use of the App: Raseef is provided for your personal use and is completely free. You may not use Raseef for any illegal purpose or in a way that could harm or damage the  app, its users, or TeamX.

2.  Account Creation: To use Raseef, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.  Prohibited Activities: You may not use Raseef to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity. This includes, but is not limited to, transmitting any material that is illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene.

4. Payment: All payments made through Raseef are processed by third-party payment processors. Raseef is not responsible for any errors or delays in payment processing.

5. Intellectual Property: Raseef and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of TeamX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of Raseef without prior written consent from TeamX.

6.  Disclaimers: Raseef is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. TeamX does not warrant that Raseef will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall TeamX be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use Raseef.

8.  Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeamX and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of Raseef.

9. Termination: TeamX may terminate your access to Raseef at any time without notice or liability.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

11. Changes: TeamX reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Raseef after such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

12. Location Tracking: By using Raseef, you agree to allow the app to track your location via GPS, including background location, in order to provide you with relevant information about nearby stores, products, and promotions. You must enable location tracking in the app settings for the app to operate.

13. Notifications: You authorize Raseef to send you notifications when necessary, such as when a new item of interest becomes available at a nearby store or when you are nearing your destination/store. You must enable notifications in the app settings for the app to operate.
