Raseef User Account Deletion Policy

At Raseef, we value the privacy and data security of our users. This deletion policy outlines the steps and procedures for deleting your Raseef user account and associated data.

Requesting Account Deletion

To initiate the account deletion process, follow these steps:

  • Access your Raseef user account through the web or mobile applications.

  • Navigate to your account settings or profile section.

  • Locate the option to delete your account.

  • Follow the provided instructions to confirm your deletion request.

Please note that deleting your account is irreversible. Once completed, all associated data, including personal information, order history, preferences, and saved addresses, will be permanently removed from our system.

Types of Data Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be removed:

  • Personal Information: 

Name, email address, phone number, and other provided details.

  • Order History:

 Details of past orders, invoices, and transaction records.

  • Preferences

Saved addresses, payment methods, and any customizations made to the user interface.

  • Chat History: 

Messages are exchanged with merchants through the platform’s chat functionality.

User Rights

As a user, you have certain rights regarding your data:

  • Access: You can request access to the data we hold about you.

  • Rectification: If you notice inaccuracies in your data, you have the right to request corrections.

  • Erasure: As outlined in this policy, you can request the deletion of your account and associated data.
